All payments are handled by either Shopify Payments, Stripe, Amazon Payments or Paypal. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
Faye never store or transfer any credit card information. Shopify Payments, Stripe, Amazon Payments and PayPal handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged. If you simply want to return the watch for other reasons, disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the Board for Consumer Complaints, whose recommendations we follow. Customers within EU may choose their own preferred method of returning. Customers outside the EU should contact us to be provided with a return label. Returns made due to Vat, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
A bundle is a set of two or more products that are sold as a complete product and can therefore only be returned together. Therefore, in case of a bundle return, please return all items contained in the bundle together.
The following products are excluded from the right of return: Gift bags, gift cards, customizable jewellery and advent calendars.
Please note that the warranty does not cover gift items such as free gifts as part of special offers.
Refusing to Pay Customs:
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
